TechTrack.ai is a website auditing platform operated by Scale Scout LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. This policy covers our website (techtrack.ai), Chrome extensions (AI Audit Report, Tech Audit Report, Tracking Audit Report), and any related services.
Chrome Extensions — What We Collect
Our Chrome extensions analyze the webpage you are currently viewing when you click the extension icon or initiate a scan. This includes:
- Page HTML structure (headings, links, images, meta tags, schema markup)
- The page URL (to fetch robots.txt, llms.txt, ai.txt, and sitemap.xml from the same domain)
- DOM elements for accessibility, performance, and tracking analysis
All analysis happens locally in your browser. No page content is sent to our servers.
What We Store Locally
- Scan results and scores are saved in Chrome's local storage on your device
- Your theme preference (dark or light mode)
- Scan history for score tracking over time
This data stays on your device and is never transmitted externally.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not collect personal information through the free extension scan
- We do not sell any data to third parties
- We do not track your browsing activity across websites
- We do not use cookies or analytics tracking in the extensions
- We do not use remote code execution

Our website is a static site hosted on Cloudflare Pages. We do not use cookies, analytics trackers, or third-party scripts on our website. No personal data is collected when you visit techtrack.ai.
Optional Data Collection — Early Access Service
If you choose to use our optional paid Early Access service, you voluntarily provide:
- Your email address
- Selected website URLs for analysis
This data is used solely for order processing and delivering your audit report. It is not shared with third parties beyond payment processing.
Third-Party Services
Premium payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. When you make a purchase, your payment information is handled directly by Stripe under their privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy. We do not store credit card information.
Data Retention
Extension data stored locally on your device persists until you clear your browser data or uninstall the extension. Early Access customer data (email and audit reports) is retained for 12 months after delivery, then deleted.
Your Rights
You may request deletion of any data we hold about you by contacting us at the email address below. Since our extensions store data locally on your device, you can delete this data at any time by clearing Chrome's extension storage or uninstalling the extension.
Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated revision date.
